Take Free Tours was born from a powerful idea: to provide the greatest number of free walking tours while showcasing the rich heritage and culture of Portugal. Our journey began over ten years ago, and since then, we have expanded to offer tours in six Portuguese cities, including Lisbon, Porto, Braga, Guimarães, Coimbra and Évora.

Our roots are deeply Portuguese, and our DNA is Lusitanian, reflecting in every story we tell and every experience we offer.

From the narrow, cobbled streets of Lisbon’s Alfama district to the vibrant riverbanks of Porto’s Ribeira, our tours are crafted to reveal the heart and soul of each city.
